Ubuntu: enable the access of VNC Viewer to the machine

To configure the correct settings in "Desktop Sharing".

In the dconf-editor,dconf > org > gnome > desktop > remote-access > require-encryption - uncheck dconf > org > gnome > desktop > remote-access > vnc-password - set the correct password
