Error signaled during installation of "Rglpk" package.

ERROR: compilation failed for package ‘Rglpk’
As in GLPK: No such file or directory error when trying to install R package
The solution is to install in "libglpk-dev" in ubuntu.
sudo apt-get install libglpk-dev
